Shipping problem

I love the product. However, when the package arrived, the inner packaging was leaking. The lid on the jar was broken, and the security seal had released, causing the leak. I had a lid from my last jar, so I was able to use it. I presume the honey is OK to use, since it is, after all, nature's most perfect food!
