This is some of best tasting table honey there is period. Almost certainly our best seller. Sweet but not too sweet, with a hint of fruit. Usually on the dark side of the light spectrum. The girls are getting their nectar from more than one source which is indicative of the darker color, and of course that's why we call it Desert Blend. Great for smoothies and awesome in a peanut butter sandwich. If left in a cabinet too long it will crystallize and get grainy for sure. Usually though, it never gets a chance to do that because it tastes so darn good and is finished lickity split.
