Wow, We have Fall again!! Lots of it! So dark, so thick, and so buttery delicious! For those that like the flavor of Black Strap Molasses we have good news for you. There is a hint of that here in the fall blend. Not over powering however. This is a great table honey, and I can say with great confidence that this blend will not last for long. If you have never tasted Avocado honey before, you are missing something really special.

More like molasses than honey.

Although I knew it had a molasses flavor, I was not prepared for how strong the flavor would be. I am mixing it with plain honey to cut the strong flavor. Going to try it in my homemade granola.

Fall Avocado Honey

I really like putting this on my cooked oatmeal. The flavor is stronger than regular honey but it’s still very good. The flavor is a cross between honey and molasses but tastes better than molasses. A good wholesome taste.
