Creamed honey is honey that has been formulated to control crystallization. Creamed honey contains a large number of small crystals, which prevent the formation of larger crystals that can occur in unprocessed honey. This formulation produces a honey with a smooth spreadable consistency that will not harden.

Shipping

I ordered this on 12/1 and have not received it, 19 days later. So I really cannot say whether or not the product is good, but I am dissatisfied with the lack of communication about shipping and how long it has been. Internal US shipping should not take this long

Awesome honey

Sooo good. Hoey gooey delicious. The mesquite is one of best honey i have had. The raspberry cream is good as well.
