Creamed honey is honey that has been formulated to control crystallization. Creamed honey contains a large number of small crystals, which prevent the formation of larger crystals that can occur in unprocessed honey. This formulation produces a honey with a smooth spreadable consistency that will not harden.

Delicious honey!

Love the creaminess and great taste of this flavored honey, great for tea with the lemon, also love the lavender honey as well!

My experience has always been wonderful since I met my man Jeff on Houghton. After trying different flavors I like honey/cinnamon best. My wife’s favorite is honey/ginger. I recently had some delivered to me in San Diego with no problems. We love you guys!!
