Love it but Not happy

I love your honey but this is the second time I have received this honey where it is already crystallized, I can't use unless I heat it up every time, It's not smooth and liquidy. The first couple of bottles I received were like honey , not solid. If I didn't like it so much I stopped ordering. Your other honey that I ordered the Mesquite honey is wonderful I'm almost finished with that jar.
