Every now and then we get the chance to see what other beekeepers are up to and sample some of the different honey types they have in their neck of the woods. We have two that will knock your socks off. Buckwheat/Sage Honey & Navel Orange Blossom Honey. Both are top notch any collector would be proud to have on their table. Buckwheat Honey known for having the highest antioxidant levels in the pollen the bees collect. Sage Honey known for its complex flavor. Together in close proximity the bees have produced something completely unique and delicious. Totally unlike anything we have here In Arizona. The Orange Blossoms is some of the best we have come across in at least 9 or 10 years. Absolutely delightful and delicate. Perfect off the spoon or in your favorite tea hot or cold.
